Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business, and we make every effort to complete each project to the highest possible standard. However, we recognize that refund requests may arise, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Scope of Services
Our services include (but are not limited to) website development, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media management, IT support, and consulting. Due to the nature of these services—where time, expertise, and third-party resources are allocated—refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds
Before Project Start: If a refund request is made before the commencement of a project and no work has been performed, a full or partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative costs.
After Project Start: Once a project enters the production or execution phase—such as website coding, content creation, campaign setup, or IT deployment—full refunds will not be issued. In certain cases, a prorated refund may be considered for incomplete services.
Recurring Services: For monthly services (e.g., SEO, PPC, or social media management), cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds are not offered for the current or previous billing periods, as work is performed continuously throughout each month.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed projects or services delivered in full.
Digital assets (such as designs, code, or content) once handed over to the client.
Any third-party expenses already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, software licenses, hosting fees).
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Instead of refunds, we may offer revisions, additional support, or service credits as appropriate to ensure client satisfaction.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with changes posted on this page.
